The team at TALKWORKS have added more dates to their popular six-week TALKWORKS for menopause course. The free course provides information, strategies and techniques to reduce the impact of symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. It is available for NHS staff and patients to book onto.

The dates and times for the upcoming sessions are:

  • Thursday 25 September at 5pm
  • Tuesday 21 October at 3pm
  • Wednesday 19 November at 10am

The sessions will then run every week for 2 hours, at the same time each week.

To sign up to the 6 week course, email dpt.talkworksworkshop@nhs.net to book your place or call the team on 0300 555 3344. You can also visit the TALKWORKS website to find out more about the course and what you will learn over the 6 weeks.

TALKWORKS also offers one-to-one sessions with an NHS therapist, which can be delivered face-to-face, over the phone or online via video call. Early-morning and evening appointments are available, as well as online self-help, accessible any time of the day or night. You can refer yourself to TALKWORKS by filling out their online self-referral form or by calling the team on 0300 555 3344.
