Other options when we run out of routine GP appointments

We only have a limited amount of capacity for GP appointments on any given day. Once the routine appointments have been filled, we only then have capacity for emergency appointments. You can still speak to us about other appointments.

If you consider your condition an emergency for the same day, please call us as normal and speak to our reception team. They will go through our online triage form with you so the GP can get the information they need and advise you accordingly.

If your condition is not an emergency, there are other local services you can use such as Newton Abbot and Totnes Minor injuries units (MIU)
