Patient Participation Group

Are you interested in improving the services we offer to our patients and the future development of Chilcote Surgery?

Are you happy to be asked for your opinions by email and to have your feedback included in our planning and development process?

If yes, then please ask for a form at reception to become part of our Patient Consultant Group, or print, complete and hand in the document linked here.

Patient Participation Groups allow:

•Practice staff and patients the opportunity to discuss topics of mutual interest in their own practice.
•A forum for patients and staff to improve and develop services within the practice.
•To provide an opportunity for patients to make positive and constructive suggestions/ideas about the practice.
•To encourage health education activities within the practice.

We welcome all feedback from our patients, so please take the opportunity to complete our Friends and Family test when you are next in the practice or online.
