Stay safe in the heat. Drink plenty of fluids, stay out of direct sun, apply sunscreen, wear a hat, and avoid excess alcohol. If you or others feel unwell, get dizzy, feel weak, anxious or have intense thirst, move to a cool place and rehydrate.
