Online Services

Patients may use online services such as the NHS App or Patient Access to order repeat medication, see their immunisation record and view test results, among many other services. Access to additional information in patient records is also available. Please ask if you would like this in addition.

To create an account for online services, go to the Patient Access or the NHS App website, or download their apps, and follow the steps to register.

Please note that you must be at least 16 years old to register for an online account. A registered parent may book a GP telephone call on behalf of a child by adding the child’s name in the “reason for appointment” section.

Click one of the following links to learn more about the system, register for a new account, or to log in to an existing account:

If after creating an account you are unable to view your records, your online services may have not yet been activated at the surgery, or your account may not have been linked to the surgery. If this is the case, or you are unable to link your account to the surgery, or if you have any other queries regarding accessing your online records, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we do not have access to your account details, as these are held by the online service provider, separately from the records we hold. Because of this, if you are having trouble logging in to your existing account due to login details or mobile number not working, you may need to contact the support team of the online service provider you are using. You can do this through the app/website by going to the “help” section, or by following the links below:
