Online Services

Patients may now order repeat medication, see their immunisation record and submit change of address details on-line. Access to additional information in patient records is also available. Please ask if you would like this in addition.

There are two ways to register for online services. You can either:

  • Click the Patient Access or NHS App logo below and follow the steps to register for an account.

Or

  • Come into the surgery, bring with you some photo identification, collect a registration form, and register online.  You will then be able to use the online system.

Please note that you must be at least 16 years old to register for an online account. A registered parent may book a GP telephone call on behalf of a child by adding the child’s name in the “reason for appointment” section.

Click one of the following links to learn more about the system and to log in:

Identification

You must have some photo identification such as a photo driving licence or passport before you can register.  Photo ID is necessary for security reasons to ensure that access to your records and medication is only issued to you.
