Please note that we do not register children under 16 currently but are working with our clinical software provider to enable this in the future. However, a registered parent may book a GP telephone call on behalf of a child by adding the child’s name in the “reason for appointment” section.

Identification
You must bring with you some photo identification such as a photo driving licence or passport before you can register. Photo ID is necessary for security reasons to ensure that access to your records and medication is only issued to you.
You must register in person in order to use this facility.
