Introducing Our Newly Elected Patient Participation Group (PPG) and Its Members
We would like to thank everyone who applied last year to be a part of our Patient Participation Group. We received over 800 patients who wanted to take part in the service improvement for Chilcote Surgery. After several rounds of shortlisting, we are delighted to introduce our newly elected Patient Participation Group (PPG). This group of dedicated patients and local community members has been chosen to work alongside our team to represent the views and interests of our patients, ensuring that the care we offer is both responsive and of the highest standard.
The PPG plays a vital role in strengthening the link between our practice and the community. By offering their feedback, suggestions, and insights, they will help us identify areas for improvement and ensure we continue to deliver care that meets the needs of all our patients.
We are pleased to introduce the members of our newly elected Patient Participation Group:
We will be meeting quarterly to discuss Patient facing services at Chilcote Surgery and the meeting notes will be shared on our website.
We would like to extend our thanks to each member for volunteering their time and commitment to this important role. Their input will be invaluable in helping us maintain and improve the services we provide.
If you would like to get involved, share your thoughts, or find out more about the PPG’s work, please do get in touch. If you would like to contact the PPG, please email:
Please do not include any medical or time sensitive requests as this inbox is not actively monitored. We look forward to working together to continue improving the care and experience for all our patients.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
