The provider who we have made your referral to will be able to assess your condition, provide a diagnosis, and advise on any necessary medications.

Please note that we have requested that your provider takes full responsibility for your care.

We will not be sharing care at this time.

This means that if you require medication, it will be managed by them.

They will suggest any replacement medications if needed, address any stock issues and conduct annual checks.

Additionally, they will inform you about potential side effects or any necessary adjustments to your treatment.
