The team at TALKWORKS will be delivering a TALKWORKS for Wellbeing Course at Pembroke House Surgery, starting on Saturday 2nd September at 9:00am. The 6 week course follows a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, which involves learning how our thoughts, behaviour and feelings interact and can help to manage depression and anxiety. Over six two-hour sessions, participants will learn techniques for challenging negative thoughts, changing unhelpful behaviour and dealing with worry. CBT has proven to be very effective for common mental health problems including depression and anxiety. In order to join this course, please complete the booking form attached and email it back to email@example.com. A Clinician will then be in touch, ahead of the course, to go through a short assessment with you. If you have any queries in relation to this, or would like to find out more about the TALKWORKS for Wellbeing Course, please contact the TALKWORKS team by calling 0300 555 3344 (phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am – 4:45pm).
