If you are:-

Over 65 (by 31 Mar 2020)

Pregnant (at any stage of pregnancy)

The main carer for an elderly or disabled person

Over 18 and suffer from any of the following:-

  • Diabetes
  • Asthma needing continous or repeated use of inhaled steroids, or with previous attacks requiring hospital admission
  • Heart disease
  • A chronic respiratory condition
  • Chronic kidney or Liver disease
  • Chronic neurological disease
  • Reduced immunity/Immunosuppression
  • Learning Disability

The surgery has started to assist with research into various different diseases and possible treatments, by asking appropriate patients if they would like to take part.  It is patient choice as to whether you would like to do this if asked.  More information will be provided at the time.
